Clinton’s marketing and media experience spans over 20 years. The first decade was spent client-side as a Marketing Director within the Property and Finance industry where he worked closely with the team at Sweeney Advertising before deciding to join agency-side.
He has worked across multiple categories such as not-for-profit organisations, industry associations, local and international brands and has a proven ability to buy any type of media in an extremely effective way.
He is loud, he is extremely organised, and he is professional (most of the time). He is a formidable strategist who is passionate about ensuring clients media is seen from all angles.
Paddy is a marketing and media industry veteran with over 35 years’ leadership experience in agency, publisher and client-side roles.
He has worked across multiple categories with well-known global and Australasian brands including Procter & Gamble, Mars Confectionery and Pet Foods, GlaxoSmithkline, Barclays Bank, Samsung, Vodafone, Uncle Toby’s, Phillips, Reebok, Qantas, LG, Tourism NZ, Volvo, NSW Government, Telstra, Caruso’s Natural Health, Decathlon.
He is an accomplished strategist and a tenacious negotiator who is passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes for his clients.
Edmar has a decade of experience in the media industry, with expertise spanning within the fields of Print Production Management, Letterbox Distribution and Radio.
He is passionate about systems, data, operations and business improvement and with that mix running through his DNA - his skill set is imperative at Sweeney Advertising which delivers an elevated level of services (at every point) to our clients even though a lot this happens behind the scenes.
Allana has been working in media for four years, progressing from junior coordinator to account exec within the Sweeney business. She loves working closely with her clients to get briefs from concept to creation, and her favourite part of her job is when she organically spots the fruition of her clients’ campaigns on billboards, retail furniture, Facebook, or subscription TV! Allana would consider herself a plain old North American extrovert, although her work colleagues prefer the term "woo girl".
Pascal is fresh to the media business and has mostly substituted his blood for sugar and caffeine to blaze through his work, always ready and eager to perform for clients. With over one year under his belt already, he is steadily progressing his way through all kinds of media as a Media Coordinator, and working under the hood with clients to make sure their ads go through the radio, TV and billboards with no fuss.
Adam is the newest team member to join the Sweeney Family and has recently started his media career here, whilst continuing his ongoing studies. In Adam's short time at Sweeney Advertising he has swiftly gained valuable key industry skills to apply to his role. The most exciting part of Adam's role is creating client reports showcasing client success in their campaign. Adam is definitely hard to miss in the office with his bubbly personality.
Adam, a digital pro with 13+ years' experience, excels in creating killer strategies for clients worldwide. As Director of Operations & Strategy, he ensures seamless implementation, combining analytical prowess with a keen eye for detail. British by origin, Adam goes the extra mile for outstanding client outcomes, enjoys a good cuppa and occasionally comes up with words none of us have heard before.
Stefan has worked in media and marketing for almost 20 years. Having been in Digital for the last 12 years, Stefan started his career in traditional media. This understanding has helped amplify his wider understanding of the media landscape in Australia and NZ.
Stefan has worked across almost all industries during his career, specialising in e-commerce and data driven campaign strategies.
He lives and breathes digital marketing and has held various roles in this space including Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Account Director, Head of SEO and Digital Director.
Stefan is passionate about his work and his clients and will go above and beyond to ensure a "client first approach" every step of the way.
With a career spanning 23+ years, Eleni has amassed extensive experience in Sales Leadership & Training. Her background in traditional media includes roles in radio, magazines, and TV. For the past 3-4 years, Eleni has brought her wealth of expertise to the realm of digital strategy. Beyond her professional pursuits, Eleni proudly wears the hat of a devoted mother to two boys. She lives by the mantra of working hard and playing hard, a guiding rule that permeates all aspects of her life.
